Introduction

InMa is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (soon available at Microsoft AppSource).

What InMa can do
  • Manage information about the use of your ERP system directly in your ERP system.

    Your users no longer have to search through emails or the intranet. With InMa you can store links to training videos or your own help texts directly in your Business Central. Or you can store images and PDFs here for your users. Anyone who is concerned can view information and read it at any time. This information can therefore be made available to both current and new users for independent study.
  • Inform your users easily and centrally about upcoming maintenance or other changes to your Business Central.

    Store information on upcoming maintenance with notification period in InMa. This allows you to inform your users about maintenance without having to manage user lists. Every user who logs in to your Business Central during the notification period can receive this information. This relieves the burden on your IT or you can even leave the handling of maintenance information to external service providers without them having to know your employee data.
  • Create transparency and improve teamwork between IT and your users.

    Your users will not only see when information was entered, but also who the contact person is, as well as a brief description of what it is about.
