  Mit dieser Erweiterung bekommen Sie zusätzlich zur original Document Capture Beleg-Suche drei weitere Möglichkeiten, nach Belegen zu suchen: jeweils eine Beleg-Suche für Verkaufs- und eine für Einkaufsbelege mit zusätzlichen Informationen zum Zahlungsfluss und zugehörigen Buchungen sowie eine mandantenübergreifende Suche.

• You would like to view PDFs in a second browser window.

  With the new search functions and on the Continia “Document Journal” page, you can now open the corresponding PDF in a separate window, allowing you to keep it visible at all times. This makes it much easier and faster, for example, to create or compare a creditor using the data from the PDF file. If a different document is selected from the list of documents in the first window, the second window is updated as well. This even works across companies.

• You want to be able to search cross-company, e.g., to find cash discount invoices.

  You can use the cross-company search, for example, to search for the word ‘discount’ in all open invoices on a daily basis. It also makes it much easier to find documents that were accidentally assigned to the wrong company.

• You want your team to be able to quickly see the number of open documents per company and to be able to organize their work more easily among themselves.

  An overview shows how many open documents have been accumulated per company in which period and are awaiting processing. An employee has the ability to assign one or more companies to themselves in order to indicate to others that they are working on them. Two text columns can be used to exchange brief information about companies. This allows the team to organize their work easily, independently, and according to urgency.

• You need a cross-company overview of the number of documents registered each month.

  This information is provided in an annual Excel report. This allows you to identify potential processing peaks for individual companies or months. The report also contains an overview of the (approximate) number of pages scanned per company. Pages deleted after scanning may not be taken into account.
